Abbeygate’s Parent Portal provides parents, guardians and careers of our students access to information about their son(s) or daughter(s) while studying at the College. Information on the Dashboard includes their timetable, attendance (both overall and by subject), the subjects they are studying and general communication between teachers and students, as well as College news and term dates.
We encourage all parents to sign up to the Parent Portal and it is important that you check the available information and attendance data to help enable us to support your son or daughter to progress and achieve and their potential.
To sign up for the parent portal all you need to do is visit the parent portal:
Under the login box, click on Register as a new user, this will then take you to a quick form that you will need to complete in order to access the Parent Portal.
You will need your son’s or daughter’s student ID number, which can be found on their timetable or it is printed on their student ID card.
Once you have completed the form, your details will be checked and your login details will be sent to you via the e-mail address that you provided. This process takes up to seven days from completing the form as we have to check the details provided.
