This week, students attended an online discussion session organised by Shakespeare's Birthplace Trust. Students heard the lecturers discussing the key issues in the play Othello, as well as having the opportunity to ask questions.
The Creative Faculty have landed in Rio de Janeiro!!! They have had a wonderful first day at the University and enjoyed their first meal out together!
We are hosting the first ever Abbeygate Model United Nations event in March. Students who are interested in getting involved can come along to the planning meeting on Thursday 1st December in Room 2.23.

This week, we had Treatt visit us and give a talk to our students in the Expo area! Students listened to the talk about chemistry and careers in flavourings and also compared samples of different molecules extracted from oranges. Thank you Treatt!

Yesterday, we had Wellcome Sanger in the Expo area. Cindy Smidt (Science Engagement Officer) and Abey Cherian (Research Assistant) were in the Expo area to speak to students and gave fantastic presentations all day to the Biology students.
